Symptoms

For Financial txn initiated from chatbot, below error is observed.

ERROR
-----------------------
Junk charcter observed between currency.
For example PGKA?2.00 instead of PGK2.00

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From chatbot, initiate financial txn.

2. Check SMS/EMAIL for OTP.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, incorrect UI experience observed to user.
