Booking LC using LCDTRONL failed with error ST-MSRV-001 and EA-MNT-004 (Doc ID 3058569.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Error on Opening of LC

When we try to input contract from LCDTRONL Screen and all information is input, After it if we change the Settlement Account in Settlement Tab to Account system is throwing error but it It is kept as GL i.e Settlement Bridge the record is saved, We have attached the App Logs as DB logs are not generating on error.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

LC Contract Booking should be successful

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book LC Contract using LCDTRONL
2. On Save Error is thrown
3. Error Code : ST-MSRV-001

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot book LC Contract
