OBMA - Customization of the Task Screen Dashboard

Consulting has received a request from the bank regarding the OBMA Task dashboard screen. Currently, the task dashboard screen displays only the "Customer Number" column, but they would like to include an additional "Customer Name" column.

Please review the attached screen and verify if this customization is feasible. If it is, could you provide the necessary hook for the customization along with detailed steps on how we can proceed.
