ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While initiating a Quick Internal/Domestic Transfer without Payee Email ID the transaction gets successfully saved and confirmed. On doing these same transactions with Payee Email ID and then deciding to remove the same before submitting transaction, it gives validation error on screen asking to enter 3 or more characters in this field and does not allow the transaction to get submitted.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

While initiating a Quick Internal/Domestic Transfer with Payee Email ID and then deciding to remove it before submitting the transaction should not give validation error on screen asking to enter 3 or more characters, as it is not a required field for completing the transaction.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into the application.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Payments > Payments and Transfers > Adhoc Payment > Adhoc Transfer.
3. Fill all the required details for initiating Internal / Domestic transfer. Fill the Payee Email ID first and then remove it. Validation error is shown asking to enter 3 or more characters to proceed with the transaction.
