ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

SWIFT MX Incoming RTGS passthrough message is going to COVR queue

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
SWIFT MX Incoming RTGS passthrough message should get processed successfully and new OBPM contract should be created

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In UAT of latest production image
2. Process MX Incoming RTGS passthrough message
3. Check the message goes to cover queue instead of new contract creation successfully

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the new OBPM contract created for MX Incoming RTGS passthrough message

Changes

 Application fix will set redirect account properly to resolve debit account.
