Generic error message is displayed on failure of Manual allocation
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Proper error message should be displayed on failure of manual allocation which is present in provider response
STEPS
-----------------------
Issue can be reproduced at will with following steps:
1. Login to application
2. Navigate to Receivables Management > Reconciliation > Manual Allocation
3. On Failure of Manual allocation check error
4. Check OBRH Logs and Provider response.
