Symptoms

When attempting to Cheque Book Request,
the following error occurs.

Invalid description


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as Corporate/Retail User
2. Navigate to Toggle Menu >> Accounts >> Current & Savings >> Cheque Book Request
3. If Customer's Address contains Arabic Characters then System gives above Validation Error.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

1. Customer who's Address maintained in Arabic are not able to proceed Cheque Book Request.
