ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Branch EOD error CL-BTCH10 "CL BATCH HAS FAILED."

During the EOD error,  accounts were put on HOLD. However, only one has a problem. Could you please check and see if we can un-hold these accounts:

Currently, this is impacting our customer.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To remove the hold status on the CL account so that operations can be performed on the same.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do any operations on the CL accounts.
