Checker ID Is Showing Black In TDM24 After Doing Modification In Contract (Doc ID 3058918.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Checker ID is showing black in TDM24 after doing modification in contract.

Issue : Checker ID is showing blank in TDM24 after doing modification in contract FD from contract.

Description : System should mark checker id in FCR screen when modification is done in LCDTRONL screen of FCC

Analysis : In the debug, it is printing “Updated chkrId successfully” but same is not happening. This is because in Cspks_Csctrlnk_Utils. FN_PROCESS_LINKAGES, it is taking l_cod_acc_no as the previous cod_acc_no rather than current and updating in the previous linkage only.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should mark checker id in FCR screen when modification is done in LCDTRONL screen of FCC
System should display checker id in FCR screen after amendment of contract.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a LC with linkage.
2. Save and Authorize it.
3. Unlock the contract, delete the existing linkage and add another linkage.
4. Save and authorize.
5. Check checker id in TDM24 screen of FCR. It is blank.
