Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Party migration and simulation status are not in sync
1. Party migration status is SIMULATION_IN_PROGRESS even after successful migration via administrator maker checker flow.
2. Party migration status is SIMULATION_FAILURE even after successful migration via administrator auto authorization flow.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------
Party migration and simulation status should be in sync.
STEPS
--------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
Case 1:
1. Login via administrator maker user.
2. Perform party migration.
3. Login via administrator checker and approve the party migration.
4. Note the simulation for the modules will be successful but still the status is displayed as SIMULATION_IN_PROGRESS
Case 2:
1. Login via administrator auto authorization user.
2. Perform party migration.
3. Note the simulation for the modules will be successful but still the status is displayed as SIMULATION_FAILURE
