FCUBS Patch set 14.6.0.8.0 Closed CASA account before 6 months system not charged fee

Dear team,
please kindly help to check:

System not charge when close saving account and current account base on condition of bank.

Note:
- System should charge fee for Saving account that close before 6 months
(duration start from account open date to close date)
- System should charge fee for Current account that close before 3 months
(duration start from account open date to close date)

1. Open an account
2. Close before 3 months
3. Verify the charge collected.
