Menu Option "Transactions" Not Visible In Loan Widget

Symptoms
When attempting to click on menu-option (Kabab-Menu) for Loan Account Widget,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

One Menu-Item "Transactions" is coming a hidden/invisible.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as Corporate/Retail Customer.
2. On Dashboard, Click on Kabab-Menu of Loan Account Widget
3. One BLANK-OPTION in menu is appearing.
