ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The transaction is not created but shown transaction is submitted for processing

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The transaction should fail in postman.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Send a UPI transaction, Transaction is submitted for processing message is shown in postman.
-2.Open PVSINBRW and check for the transaction.
