On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While user attempt to double click on fetched records in summary screen PSSIT2CT, PSDIT2CT screen is opened but screen remains grey and user is not able to take any actions whatsoever on the screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
While navigate to transaction screen PSDIT2CT from summary view for the selected transaction, user should allow to perform applicable actions in screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. User goes on Summary screen PSSIT2CT and clicks on Search.
2. User double clicks on a record and is directed to PSDIT2CT screen .
As PSDIT2CT screen is opened, the screen remains grey and user is not able to take any actions whatsoever on the screen.
