Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
HDBC, Highest debit balance calculation for CL loan account is not happening when the Trigger mode is configured as Manual in UDDEVMNT screen for HDBC event.
If the trigger mode is not Manual, system will not show the HDBC event under UDDCLETR screen to manually trigger the HDBC charge. Bank needs this charge to be collected on ad-hoc basis, hence it should be manual only so that the same can be triggered from UDDCLETR screen.

Due to this issue, HDBC events not fired for the loans when the trigger mode is Manual
