Outward return cheque is taking the return amount from Available Balance instead of Uncolletced Balance.
Steps to simulate the scenario.
1. Input the transaction in "Outbound Clearing Transaction Input" in PGDOTONL screen.
2. Return the cheque in PGDOURTN.
Customer account statement has both the entries, but system has not removed the uncollected amount.
