ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

User creates a commitment contract through OLDTRONL screen, System expects the commitment type value whether revolving or non-revolving. Value should default automatically either by revolving or non-revolving. If required user will change at the contract level based on the business requirement.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Commitment type should be defaulted and also bank needs to configure SDE to collect commitment fees.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In OLDTRONL Screen.
2. Verify whether the commitment type is defaulted.
3. Verify whether the commitment fees sde configuration.
