Symptoms
It is observed that for OBDX initiated transactions for Guarantee SBLC Issuance-Claim Update process, system is picking current date as claim date instead of what is there in contract, although same is coming correctly from OBTF to OBDX. Hence giving an error in charge simulation as claim date cant be modified.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign into OBTFPM applicaiton
2. Go to Trade finance
3. Go to Guarantee Issuance claim Update
