OBTFPM - Export LC Issuance - In Payment Tab, Confirmation Request Throwing Error - LCUPLD-604 (Doc ID 3059534.1)

Symptoms

OBTFPM - Export LC Issuance - In Payment Tab Confirmation Request is throwing error.

For the export LC advice in the scrutiny stage - in the payment tab user has the issue with payment confirmation with advising bank.

Two cases are as below:

Case1:
In Payment tab when user select the Conformation Instructions Field as CONFIRM and enable the toggle mark of the "To be confirmed form Advising Bank"
and another field "Requested Confirmation Party" will get disabled.

With this if proceeded further it will fail in the simulation stage.
Error - LCUPLD-604 - Requested Confirmation Party COB is not maintained in Parties

Case2 :

In Payment tab when user select the Conformation Instructions Field as CONFIRM and disable the toggle mark of the "To be confirmed form Advising Bank"
and another field "Requested Confirmation Party" will get enabled. And user is able to choose the Party from the LOV.
With this there is no error and system goes through.

Bank wants to use Case1 only.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new Export LC Advise and move to Scrutiny stage
2. Move to Payment Details Tab
3. Choose Confirmation Instructions as CONFIRM
4. If "To be confirmed by Advising Bank" is enabled, 58A is disabled and latter is throwing error
5. If "To be confirmed by Advising Bank" is disabled, 58A is enabled and latter user is able to choose from LOV

Due to this issue, users cannot enable "To be confirmed by Advising Bank" and proceed further
