ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Repair reason is not getting update and Status is 'R' for all MT Messages in the mstb_tf_dly_msg table.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Repair reason should be updated when Status is 'R' for MT Messages in the mstb_tf_dly_msg table.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Place the MT file in EMS in folder
2. Check the Status of the message in browser screen
3. Status is R but repair reason is not getting populated


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the Repair Reason in the table.
