The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this, the end user is unable to reset the password on a simple click as the password rest link is not a hyperlink, instead it is simple plain text.
The end user has to copy and paste the URL in the browser to reset the password.
