Missing PENALCHRG for overdue instalment

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After partial liquidation PREFIXINT of the installment with limit date then on next day PENALCHRG amount should appear
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On 28/May/2024 total liquidation of the instalment with limit date on 28/May/24 (version 1)
2. At the same date Total liquidation was reversed (version 1)
3. And a partial liquidation from PREFIXINT of the instament with limit date on 28/May/2024 was done. (version 2)
4. EOD performed.
5. On 29/May/24 a partial liquidation from PREFIXINT of the instament with limit date on 28/May/2024 was reversed - incorrect Settlement (version 2)
6. And a new partial liquidation from PREFIXINT of the instament with limit date on 28/May/2024 was done. (version 3)
7. On 29/May/2024 is missing PENALCHRG
