OBTFPM - Islamic Bank Guarantee Issuance - Error at DE stage
When user is initiating bank Guarantee, in DE stage - Advices Data segment, system is throwing an error "Unable to process charge simulation request"

ST-SAVE-054 - Failed to Save
ST-VALS-009 - Duplicate Records in Advice Details for Contract Reference-999T014241751005:Advice Name-PAYMENT_MESSAGE:Event Sequence Number

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate a Bank Guarantee
2. Move to DE stage and Advice Datasegement
3. System is throwing error
