ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Messages are not displayed in RTGS txn input screen|

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Messages should be available in txn input screen PSDORTBT

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate a RTGS OUTBOUND BANK TRANSFER from PSDORTBT screen
2. Txn successfully booked and saved and authorized
3. Messages are not available in PSDORTBT-> Message
4. Messages are available in PSDORBTV screen
