Symptoms
Actual Behavior
Payment is cancelled by 1st user (maker), but 2nd user (checker) is unable to select the authorize option. Authorize button is non-responsive.
Expected Behavior
Payment is cancelled by 1st user then 2nd user can authorize the cancellation
Steps
1. Cancel the payment in PQSEUPQU
2. Authorize the payment
Business Impact
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize the payment.
