Symptoms

Bank user trying to generating TD certificate From date tag taking date like 31-12-2023 instead of 31-Dec-23


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Certification printing for TD
2. date format is not in correct as per the code
3. Wrong date format is printing, to char is not validating.
