ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Collateral amount of the previously saved contract is defaulted when user tried to book a new contract in BCDTRONL screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should not default the previously contract fields in the new contract

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a BC contract in BCDTRONL with Collateral as USD 1500
2. Save the contract
3. Click on NEW (in the same BCDTRONL screen)
4. Book another contract in product TRNS
5. The collateral amount of USD 1500 is defaulted in the new contract
6. As happens with all other fields, the Collateral related fields should get reset upon click of NEW

Due to this issue, old contract collateral amount is defaulting to new contract which results in contract save error
