Symptoms
When attempting to search for Administrator in File Identifier Mapping, following error occurs.

File Identifier Maintenance page not loading while selecting Administrator and error message appears as "System cannot process the request, please try again later.".
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as Admin User.
2. Navigate to File upload >> File Identifier Maintenance/User File Identifier Mapping >> Administrator
3. Error Message "System cannot process the request, please try again later." appears.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
1. Corporate Admin Customer not able to complete File Upload Setup.
