Symptoms

User is already logged in Modification is not allowed. Cannot modify user from Flexcube screen

Failed to Modify the Record ST-SAVE-008

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to FCUBS screen
2. Enter user name and password.
3. Login.
