Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

We have one account that failed during branch merge with the error message ''Failed while updating SV tables.'' and the balance was also not moved to the target branch. So please kindly check and help us transfer this account.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Account should be successfully transferred to the target branch during merge branch operation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do Branch mergers
2. Verify whether all the accounts have been transferred to the target branch.
