ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user is modified by adding new entities for the user through SMService , unable to fetch user ID in SMDUSRDF LOV .
On initial analysis it is noticed that COTM_USER_DETAILS are not populated when user is modified through SMSUserService for adding new entities to the user .
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Modify any user using SMSUserService, add additional entity in the request
2. Authorize the user using SMSUserService
3. Verify in SMDUSRDF Lov for the user ID modified
4. System doesn't fetch userid in LOV (SMDUSRDF) for the new entity
5. Data is not populated in COTM_USER_DETAILS on modification of user from SMSUserService
