ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While duplicating a BC from BC Operations screen, if the Requested By dropdown in changed from Customer to Bank, we are not able to configure charge for that. There is no sub screen present for that.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Duplicating a BC from BC Operations screen,
2. The Requested By dropdown in changed from Bank to customer Able to configure charge details
3. From Customer to Bank not able to configured charge details
