CL:Error On VAMI After Maturity Date

Symptoms
Bank have contract in which maturity date was 27-10-2024, Branch is trying to change the maturity date along with rates effective from today.
After performing of VAMI by user and changing of Maturity Date and also change of rates system did not saved the changes however the VAMI was authorized by User:
They report 2 issues:
i- Why the changes done on VAMI are not showing after authorization.
ii- Now on performing VAMI again system is not allowing to perform VAMI and throwing error :During VAMI change in Principal,Maturity,Schedule is not allowed if effective date is >=Maturity Date
