Symptoms

On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Capability to pick main account in case multi ccy set up not available

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
system shall wither directly pick up the main account with primary currency ( with RAK rate between primary currency of main account and transfer currency ) or allow to repair data from TR queue where user should be allowed to pass main account number with default currency or any other account in any other currency

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a multi ccy set up in FCUBS with a designated main account and primary currency
2. Initiate an incoming payment with F59 as the IBAN of the multi currency account number
3. Transfer currency is passed as a currency for which multi currency set up is missing
4. Txn goes into repair queue as resolution of credit account fails ( system is looking for a combination of multi ccy set up which does not exist)
5. Our expectation is that system shall wither directly pick up the main account with primary currency ( with RAK rate between primary currency of main account and transfer currency ) or allow to repair data from TR queue where user should be allowed to pass main account number with default currency or any other account in any other currency
6. Currently both scenarios are not happening
