Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------
IN OBTFPM system,it is observed that while processing Export LC Advice, have suppressed the customer advice while processing the transaction. However, not getting suppressed in the message preview.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Transaction should get suppress in the message preview

Simulation STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign in to OBTFPM
2. Go to Trade Finance
3. Go to Export LC Advice
4. Select Preview Swift message
