Symptoms
OBBRN is sending API request for BC inquiry (ReST API) but they are not able to get instrument details because instrument status is not Active and transaction status is not Liquidated.
While it should allow to query all the Instrument from PIDINSVW.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OBBRN sending API request
2. Not able to get the instrument details
3. Instrument status is not active and the transaction status is not liquidate.
4. In the screen PIDINSVW system should allow all the instruments to be quarried
