Symptoms
User getting multiple issues in Instrument stop pay screen (PIDSTPAY) in OBPM
1. Mod no is not getting inserted into table pitb_stop_pay while initiating a stop pay on the screen.
2. There is no option to revoke the stop pay as mentioned in the user manual OBPM

3. Duplicate records are getting saved for same instrument no in stop pay screen.
4. There is not option to see the accounting entries if charges are collected for stop pay.

MOD number is not showing in the screen while initiating a stop pay in the screen.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Instrument stop payment Modification no is coming as blank on the screen.
2 . MOD is coming as NULL
3. There is not option to revoke button on stop pay screen.
4. There is duplicate the record getting inserted into the table for stop pay for same instrument number.
