On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Duplicate payment messages are generated for  contract.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 Single advices should be generated for each advice type.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a OBCL contract with MT103 customer transfer.
2. Check the advices generated for payment message for customer transfer.
