On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBTR contracts (FX, MM, MC Modules) saved and authorized with indirect posting GL as Settlement account

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 Only Direct posting allowed GL's should be allowed in the LOV.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Save and Authorize OBTR contracts
2. Try to change GL with indirect posting allowed
