Intermediary details under Settlement screen of bill is not populating after fetching BIC from LOV
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The intermediary details should show name and address under the BIC similar to Account With Institution.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Liquidate a bill
2. Go to BILL_LIQ_AMTEQ in settlement, from parties select a BIC in Intermediary 1.
3. Reference: 083CNF9241222502

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, The name and address under the BIC is not shown in the fields, i.e. Intermediary 2,3,4,5
