Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBPM - PXDOTONL - Transaction Reversal Accounting Rejected

Case 1: When user reverse the Outgoing Cross Boarder txn, Reversal Transaction Accounting Entries are getting rejected.
And when tries to resend the entries, still txns are getting failed.


Case2: Few cases when user reverse the Outgoing Cross Boarder txn, Reversal Transaction is success and Authorized. But Accounting entries are not passed.

In PMTB_ACCOIUNTING ENTRIES there are no records for the failure or pass of acc entries.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should allow the users to reverse the txn


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Booked a transaction in PXDOTONL.
2.Reversed the transaction.
3.Reversal entries were rejected by the system.
4.We have tried to resend the entries from accounting queue, but transaction is getting failed again.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reverse the cross border txn
