ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Drawer/Drawee IC sub screen fetching details of 1st partial liquidation during 2nd liquidation

Actual result – The charge details entered during the 1st liquidation is getting populated

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The charge details during the 2nd liquidation should be NULL and should not be populated with the charge of 1st partial liquidation

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create LC contract
2. Create BC contract of under the LC for the same counterparty
3. Do a partial liquidation. Provide drawer/drawee IC charges of CHG1=5, CHG2=6 and CHG3=7
4. Save and authorize
5. Do a 2nd partial liquidation. Visit the drawer/drawee IC charge subscreen

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, On 2nd liquidation, drawer/drawee IC charges shows the same charges that was taken for the 1st partial liquidation.
