Symptoms
When user attempting to save a transaction related to Return of Inbound clearing through function id PGDINRTN - Return or Reversal of Inbound Clearing the following error occurs.
ERROR

Transaction cannot be returned/refunded after Return/Refund by date PC-TXP-042
Failed to Save the Record ST-SAVE-004
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to screen PGDINRTN
2. Input mandatory details.
3. Click on Save.
