Unable To Perform Cross Border Transaction In PSDOCBCT Screen With Error Code: PX-PROC-046

Symptoms
User is trying to make Outgoing Cross border MX transaction in screen PSDOCBCT but fails with the error code PX-PROC-046 arises. It says, 'Payment chain building failed - either RMA setup is missing or currency correspondent not found or Parties not part of the selected Network.'
User have made the following screen maintenances for this purpose:
PMDHSTPR, PMDSORCE, PMDSORNW, PMDNWCOD, PMDNCPRF, PMDNWPRF, PMDACCTL, PMDCTOFF, PSDOGWNP
In addition, RMA detailed and currency correspondence maintenance on screens PMDRMAUP and PMDCYCOR has also been configured.
While creating RMA between Issuer and Correspondent they have used Message Type as MX.
In logs - we can observe that Receiver failure as follows:
