FCUBS STDCIF View Change Is Not Available

Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the user clicks View Change in the Change Log tab, this VIEW_CHANGE is unavailable in the STDCIF screen. When a user tries another function ID, for example, the STDCUSTD screen, this View Change is available.
Could you please help check this issue? Because whenever a user makes changes, if something goes wrong, we don't know which user made the changes or which changes were completed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to view the changes in the change log tab for STDCIF screen.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch STDCIF
2. Query a customer
3. Click view changes.
4. User not able to view the changes.
