View PDF Directly (Content) In IOS App Is Not Working (Doc ID 3062223.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open downloaded PDFs on iOS Mobile App,
the following error occurs.

"Error in downloading file"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Login to OBDX iOS Mobile Application as Corporate/Retail User.
2. Go to Account >> Current and Savings >> Transactions
3. Click on Kabab-Menu and select "Pre-generated Statement"
4. Click on PDF link to download a selected Statement.
5. System shows "Error in downloading file".

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

1.Customer is not able to download any PDF on iOS Mobile Devices.
