Symptoms
Outward Clearing Screen is throwing unhandled exception on Submit. The account title is automatically populating the Payee Name field and is read-only.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Outward Clearing Screen
2. Select account with Account Title above 20 length. This title will be populated in Payee Name field
3. Click Add Entry and then Submit
