Bulk file status not processing when multiple entities (Doc ID 3062530.1)

Symptoms

On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

File status is "Verified" whereas Record status is "Completed" for Bulk File upload.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Both file and record statuses should be similar and not have completely different statuses.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via the user. Navigate to > Bulk File Upload
2. Upload the SDSC file.
3. View the Fie Upload Inquiry screen for the uploaded file.
4. The file status is verified whereas the record statuses are completed

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to determine the exact status of records and file and both represent different information.

Changes

No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
