Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While running EOD, TDJEOD batch is taking longer time (2+ hours) and still it is running. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
TDJEOD batch should be completed on time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run TDJEOD batch
2. Verify the time taken to complete.
