ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Remove button getting hide while attempting to upload non-qualified file-format.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Remove button should be visible for last-attempted upload of valid file-format.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to OBDX Application as Corporate/Retail User.
2. Navigate to Toggle Menu >> Payments >> Payee >> Add Account Payee
3. Click on "Upload Photo"
4. Choose qualified file-format i.e. JPG or PNG
5. Payee Image uploads successfully as well as Change and Remove buttons also appears.
6. Now click on Change button and attempt to upload un-qualified file-format rather than JPG or PNG
7. System gives "Invalid file type. Upload .JPG and .PNG files only." error message as well as "Remove" button disappears.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

1. Customer have to click Change button and choose again a JPG or PNG to get the Remove button.
